Annually, the water lily is collected from early September to December in Perfume Pagoda which is well-known for its stunning landscape with streams, mountains, and pagodas. 

These flowers only can be harvested in the early morning before sunrise because at this time they are strong and blooming. With locals, Water lilies are meaningful, they can be used as home décor, cooked for hot pot dishes, or extracted for medical treatment.
