Drying fishes

“Pale at sea” is a common concept of Vietnamese people but is not the common concept of this province where farmers live close to the sea. They don’t have lands for planting trees or rice, don’t have forests for building houses and they just have the sea for their living. Even with the sea, they do not have big boats, do not have hi-tech for fishing so they just can catch small fish for their daily life and reserve for stormy days. Thus, drying fishes are a way of restoring food for their life. Those small fishes can be reserved for months.
